Key focus on process discovery, movement of work, lean process review, BPR, agreeing roles & responsibilities, transition management, efficiencies & standardisation etc. Ensure continuity during improvements & organisational changes. Advise on methods-tools-approach & continuous improvement.
Areas supported & improved are Cash Management, Credit Control & Management Accounting. The work precedes a review of systems & IT suppliers for the amalgamated group.
