Following the acquisition of HBOS by Lloyds Banking Group currently working with the Business Design & Integration team to migrate Halifax core processes & customer data to the Lloyds target operating model.
The work will investigate the end-to-end process experience for customers & staff across numerous events planned up to July 2011 using various channels (web, phone or branch) and their underlying systems.
Purpose is to provide independent assurance to a significant & complex transition to go-live, reduce risks associated with disparate team working across the UK and for gaps/issues to be centrally reported & escalated.
Key focus on process prioritisation and As-Is & To-Be investigations involving gap analysis, impact assessments, validation of hand-offs & temporary workarounds, problem management, root-causes & interventions arising etc.
